Chef Services
Personal chef services through Truly Nourish provides meals prepared with premium ingredients, personalized to your specific needs and cooked in your home. Our service makes it easy to eat the best quality homemade meals without the extra effort required by making food from scratch.
Each week we will be happy to suggest seasonal dishes, or you may request custom, personalized dishes to be made. I am well-versed in sourdough bread and can bake fresh sourdough in your oven at request.
Each week you will receive an email with a menu for that week. Through a form in that email, you will have the ability to customize the meal choices or give special recipe requests.
I will shop for you at healthy grocery stores and farmers’ markets to ensure that you receive the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Then on a specified day, I will come and cook for you in your home.
All meals will be packaged, dated and labeled with reheating instructions, then stocked into your fridge or freezer for later use.
The cost for this service is $40/hour, with a minimum of 3 hours weekly. Grocery costs and shopping time are not included and will be billed separately.

Personal Chef

At this time, only the packaged goods on our online store may be delivered* at a $15 delivery fee.
All meals will be cooked in your home.
*Limited to North San Diego County: Vista, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, San Marcos, Escondido, Bonsall and Fallbrook.

Meals are typically cooked at your home once a week, however, if you have different needs, I will do my best to accommodate.

Multi-Meal Cooking Intensive
This service is ideal for a one or two time intensive cooking day. If you are looking for regular meal service, see my personal chef services.
Through multi-meal cooking, also called bulk cooking or megacooking, I will prepare a freezer full of meals in one to two intensive sessions. This is perfect if you need meals ready in the freezer pre-made in anticipation of an event such as surgery recovery time, or a new baby. Having food prepped and ready gives peace of mind and ensures that you will continue to have healthy food when you need it the most.
We will have a meeting before the cooking day in which we will discuss your needs and create a menu plan for you. If you have specific dishes you want to try, I am happy to accommodate that, but if you’re not sure what you’d like, I can suggest recipes that can be made in whatever quantity you desire.
On the specified day, I will come to your home with all the necessary ingredients and cook and package the dishes agreed upon. All the meals will be packaged, dated and labeled with re-heating etc. instructions.

Some great megacooking meals could include, chili, quiche, meatloaf, soups, casseroles and more.

It’s up to you! If you want everything prepared for you or just want help in the kitchen, Truly Nourish is up to the task!

Depending on the complexity of the recipes and logistics of your kitchen space, you can expect between 6-8 meals with 8-10 servings each, in a six to eight hour period. (Shopping time not included.)
