Hello there!
I’m Kelly!
My mom was always the chef in our family and ever since I was little, I have loved cooking and being in the kitchen. The smell of delicious homemade food constantly drifted through our home. My family were active members of a local Weston Price chapter throughout my younger years, always pursuing healthy living, learning and networking with like-minded individuals. When I was a baby, our family was featured along with our dairy goats in Edible San Diego in an article about the benefits of raw goat’s milk. I have been the goatherd for our mini farm for nearly a decade now, taught by my dad to care for and milk our goats twice daily. I regularly watched my mom make homemade chevre goat cheese, kefir, feta and yogurt for our family.
I grew up going to the wonderful Vista Farmer’s market and have vivid memories as a child of interacting with the vendors, learning about their raw honey, home grown garlic and organic vegetables while tasting samples of fresh fruit from my stroller.
During my final years of high school, I went through the usual question of, “what do I want to do after I graduate?” Through much research, thought and prayer, I decided to forego college to pursue entrepreneurship, business and cuisine.
As an entrepreneur and chef, it is my desire to bring the most nutrient-dense, delicious food possible to my clientele. I do my utmost to locate the best organic, locally produced and minimally processed food, so that my clientele may be nourished and blessed through the food I prepare.
I look forward to serving and getting to know you!
