Classes

Class topics may include:

  • Sourdough bread

  • Sourdough specialties

  • Sauerkraut and ferments

  • Broth

  • Cheesemaking (goat)

Classes are typically two to four hours in length . They are comprehensive, hands-on and fun for everyone. (And we get to eat healthy, delicious products while learning!)

Classes are required to have a minimum of five attendees and no more than twelve.
